Our Executive Management team is responsible for the strategic direction and day-to-day leadership of Vetcare Africa, bringing together experience across animal health, manufacturing, commercial operations, finance and organisational development.
Dr Karim Shamshudin is Co-Founder and Managing Director of Vetcare Africa. He has overreen the company’s development from a veterinary supply business established in 1991 into a regional animal-health and nutrition manufacturer. He leads the company’s strategic direction, regional growth and continued investment in manufacturing capability and new markets.
Dr Joyce D’Souza-Shamshudin is Co-Founder and Technical Director of Vetcare Africa. She provides technical leadership across the business, with a focus on veterinary products, product development and the scientific standards that support Vetcare’s animal-health portfolio.
Dr Hesbon Awando serves as Technical Director at Vetcare Africa, contributing veterinary expertise and technical oversight across the company’s animal-health portfolio. His role supports product quality, technical guidance and the practical application of veterinary solutions across regional markets.
Hudson Konji leads Vetcare Africa’s sales and marketing activities, supporting commercial growth, customer relationships and market development across the region. His role connects Vetcare’s animal-health and nutrition portfolio with distributors, veterinary professionals and livestock producers.
Behind every Vetcare and Cibus product is a team working across science, manufacturing, quality, commercial operations and support functions. Their collective expertise enables us to develop, manufacture and deliver dependable animal-health and nutrition solutions across our markets.
